The Tailwater sleeps 4-5 guests. (5 maximum, no exceptions.) It has 1 bathroom, 1 queen size bed, 1 bunk bed, and 1 sleeper sofa (full). Appliances include telephone, tv/vcr, microwave and conventional oven, dishwasher, stereo, and other kitchen appliances. 100% cotton linens provided for use. No smoking. No pets.

Tailwater house is available April through October for $1,600 per week with a minimum one week stay. Additional days will be pro-rated.
